A crowd walks through the busy streets in Canberra.

The annual campaign calls for all Australians to be on the lookout for particular offenders that are wanted and thought to be hiding in plain sight in locations which could be different to their home state or territory.

The campaign encourages the public to look over all persons on the list. Photographs of the fugitives are provided – with their name, potential false names, why they are wanted, their date of birth, various physical characteristics and other relevant details.

The media supports this campaign and helps encourage community awareness. Several fugitives are usually arrested within the first week. You can help us by keeping an eye out and reporting what you know to help authorities find and arrest the others.

Do not approach these people if you recognise them.

Please remove yourself from the situation and call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or complete a report online.
